I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years and I have learned that the best way to train for fat loss is to get moving!  My training style includes core stability training, dynamic stretching, correcting imbalances, strength training, metabolic finishers and some static stretching.  This is one of the most effective ways to approach a training session and to get the maximum fat burning AFTER the session.

One-on-One sessions (includes custom 5 week program): $65 hour  $40 half-hour  (Training facility for one-on-One sessions are at Healthlink, located at 288 West Bitters, San Antonio, TX 78216)
